At IFA 2015 exhibition LG introduced its newest TV that should make it easier for two people to watch each of their favorite programs in one display – a double-sided TV.
The new display has 111-inch OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diodes)-based display. Its length was achieved by putting together three 65-inch Ultra HD OLED displays.
The double-sided TV allows users to watch different shows on both TV sides at the same time. Moreover, each of 65-inch part is able to display different footage.
Its wavy plain shape makes the new TVs really unique.
Though for now the displays exist only as prototypes, in perspective they could find a use at exhibitions, in shopping-malls and in other public places. Apart from that the double-sided LG TVs might be very useful in educational process when organizing team student work.
However until now there’s no info about the release date of the product on the consumers’ market.
