Amazon launches a service that allows automatic restocking of household devices.
Not long ago Amazon has introduced its Dash Buttons – a service for connected home appliances able to reorder the dish soap or shaving foam for you when stuff was running low.
From now Amazon’s Dash Replenishment service promises to work straight with connected household devices. The technology allows reordering of products with no human presence required.
Smart household appliances from General Electric and Brother International can run Amazon's Dash Replenishment Service, making it possible for printers to reorder ink and toner while washing machines can do the same with its laundry detergents.
